Can anyone actually give me the actual details for this meet? Everyone seems to be saying different things, and I am really confused @_@ what time are we meant to be meeting and where? And what time are people aiming to finish?

I really need to book the tickets asap to get down, because they seem to be rising in price every day by about £2 D:
